What happens when you delete your account?
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information - Your email address, name, and profile data
- Attendance records - All punch in/out history and statistics
- Face recognition data - Any facial feature templates stored on our servers (note: local device data must be deleted by uninstalling the app)
- Webhook configurations - Any integration settings you've configured
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please make sure to export any attendance data you need before requesting deletion.
Before you delete
Consider the following before proceeding:
- Export your attendance history using the CSV export feature in the app
- If you're part of an organization, inform your administrator
- Uninstall the app from your device to remove locally stored biometric data
Request Account Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion Recommended
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the WorkFace app:
- Open the WorkFace app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap "Account"
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send us an email with your account deletion request. Please include the email address associated with your WorkFace account.

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
